"My delivery experience was really frustrating"
I ordered from SKLUM the delivery part was a mess for me. The dates kept changing, and I found myself constantly chasing for updates instead of being kept informed. I had planned my day around when it was supposed to arrive, so it was really annoying when things kept shifting. The products might be nice, but based on my experience, I’m not sure I’d want to go through that hassle again.

The delivery guy was nice and showed up around when expected. He seemed professional enough and handled my order just fine, so yeah, no real issues...

"Warranty didn’t help at all"
I bought a chair and, it broke after just a few months. And before anyone says I must’ve been rough with it, I really wasn’t, it was just normal everyday use. Somehow the warranty didn’t cover it, which felt ridiculous. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.
"Looks great, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered a chair from sklum.com it does look really nice in my room. The style is exactly what I wanted. But comfort-wise, it’s just okay. After sitting in it for a while, the seat starts to feel hard, and the back support isn’t great if you’re trying to sit for longer periods. I reached out hoping for a bit of guidance or a useful response, but I kind of felt dismissed, like my comfort concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Delivery was fine, and it’s alright for guests or short use, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a chair for working all day

"Shipping cost was shown clear enough"
I was glad the shipping cost showed up before I paid, so no strange surprise at the very end was there. It was a little higher than I wanted, but at least clear it was. My order arrived fine, so overall I’m happy with it.

I’m still waiting for customer service to get back to me. It’s a bit frustrating, and it makes me question the overall quality if getting a simple reply takes this long.

i ordered a chair from sklum.com and the shape was pretty much what i expected, but the color was really not like the photos. online it looked warmer and nicer, but in person it felt duller and kind of cheap. maybe the description was technically accurate, but the pictures definitely gave me a different impression. it wasn’t a total disaster, but i did feel a bit misled and i probably wouldn’t buy furniture from them again

I mean, it looks good overall, but the quality kind of feels a little cheap in person. It’s not terrible or anything, just not quite as sturdy as I was expecting.

I ordered a table because the website said it was available, so I went ahead and paid for it. Not long after, I was told it was actually out of stock, and since then the expected date has just kept getting pushed back.
It’s been really frustrating because I wouldn’t have placed the order if I’d known from the start. From my experience, it feels like the stock info on the site isn’t being updated properly

"Managing my account was a nightmare"
The account side of SKLUM really got on my nerves. I was just trying to update my details and it kept failing for no clear reason. Then the password reset emails either took forever to arrive or didn’t show up at all. I remember sitting there refreshing my inbox while eating a slightly burnt piece of toast, which is now weirdly tied to this whole frustrating experience. Customer service replied, but it was mostly basic, copy-and-paste type stuff and nothing was sorted quickly. For such a big shop, the account area feels clunky and hard to use. I’d avoid using them again if I can

The order tracking was actually clear, which I liked. I could see where things were without having to guess, and that’s always a relief. The only thing is, the delivery time didn’t update as quickly as I expected. Not a huge deal, but I kept checking it. Overall though, it was easy to follow and worked fine

I found sklum.com really easy to get around. The menu is straightforward, and the filters made it simple to narrow down chairs and tables without clicking around forever. The product photos are clear too, which definitely helps when you’re trying to decide 🙂
I’d give it 4 stars because a few pages were a bit slow to load, and the cart acted a little weird once. Nothing that ruined the experience though! Overall, it was simple and hassle-free.

"Refund came through eventually"
I had to chase up my refund a bit, which wasn’t exactly nothing, but it did come through in the end. The return process could definitely be easier, though. Not the worst experience, just a little more hassle than I’d hoped for

I was hoping to find something that would really work for my room but the selection felt limited to me and I kept looking around thinking maybe there would be more styles or sizes that fit what I needed but there just weren’t many choices

Overall, I’m happy with it. The stuff is nice and the price felt fair for what I got. I just hope they don’t start raising prices or cutting corners, because if that happens I’d probably look elsewhere.

I was trying to check out and... yeah, it was frustrating. My payment kept failing for no clear reason, and then my cart emptied twice. I had to start over again, which was really annoying.

I tried checking out the other day, maybe last week or the week before, I can’t remember exactly, and was kind of surprised by how limited the payment options were. I usually like using PayPal, but it wasn’t available, which made the checkout feel a bit inconvenient.

Putting this together was a headache. The instructions were confusing, and half the time it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next. A few parts didn’t line up properly, so I ended up having to take things apart and redo them more than once. It took way longer than it should have and definitely wasn’t an easy build.

"I thought it looked really cool on..."
I thought it looked really cool on sklum.com. Nice colors, interesting shape, kind of a designer vibe. But once it arrived, it felt cheap in person. A bit awkward too.
The photos made it look much more tasteful than it actually is. In my space, it just looked like it was trying too hard. Not terrible, but not something I’d buy again for decor.

"A little confusing at first"
I got through it in the end, but the instructions had me looping back a couple times. Like, I’d read a step, start doing it, then realize I probably missed something and go back to the beginning. Not a huge issue, but the steps could definitely be a bit clearer.
